BC Marriage License
Anyone over the age of 19 years is eligible to apply for a marriage license in BC, and blood tests are not required. In order to get married in Invermere or Radium Hot Springs, you will need a BC Marriage License, which can be obtained at the local ICBC for $100.00 CAD and must be paid for at the time of application. While only one member of the couple needs to be present during the application, you will need identification for both parties confirming your full legal names, birth date and place of birth.
Please note that the marriage license is valid for 3 months from the date of application, and you will need a licensed marriage commissioner and at least two witnesses in order to get married.
